WaveForge Research
Personal AI should fit the person, not the other way around.
WaveForge is the name for our ongoing research into private, useful personal-agent systems. It is not a finished, one-size-fits-all product. We are learning by building focused systems for real work, then carrying those lessons into client discovery and pilots.
The experience we are exploring
We use “Sheli” as a working name for an assistant that can be conversational and approachable while staying grounded in inspectable tools, permissions, and human decisions.
Conversation First
People should be able to ask for help naturally without learning a command language before the system becomes useful.
Context With Consent
Useful context should be explicit, reviewable, and separated by sensitivity—not silently accumulated as unquestioned truth.
Private by Design
The system should minimize access, keep important data under the owner's control, and make consequential actions visible and revocable.
Bounded Automation
Automation should handle proven, narrow workflows with receipts and approval gates—not pretend to be an all-knowing autonomous employee.
Real needs informing the work
The direction comes from specific people and responsibilities, not fictional personas or a generic “AI for everyone” pitch.
Small-Business Work
Reducing planning, writing, organization, and follow-up burden without requiring someone to become an AI engineer.
Teaching and Learning
Helping educators organize source material and create useful learning support while keeping the teacher in authority.
Ministry Operations
Making teaching libraries, administrative work, and team knowledge easier to use without replacing pastoral or human judgment.
Start with your real problem.
We are not selling a finished WaveForge platform. If your organization has a focused workflow where private, grounded AI may help, we can begin with discovery and a bounded pilot.
